1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, browsing, posting content, purchasing courses or tickets, or using any CorpTube feature, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

• •You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use paid features.
• •You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure.
• •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Platform services

CorpTube provides professional networking, content sharing, skills marketplace, events, projects, messaging, and creator monetization tools. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued as the platform evolves.

4. User content & licence

• •You retain ownership of content you upload (posts, videos, courses, events, projects).
• •You grant CorpTube a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.
• •You confirm you have the rights to upload and monetize your content.
• •CorpTube may remove content that violates these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

5. Paid services & payments

• •Course purchases, event tickets, and other paid offerings are processed via secure third-party payment partners (e.g. Razorpay).
• •Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• •CorpTube is not responsible for payment gateway outages beyond our reasonable control.
• •Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Creator monetization

Creators who meet eligibility requirements may earn from qualifying sales. Platform fees, payout rules, bank verification, and withdrawal minimums are described in the Creator Monetization Policy. CorpTube may withhold or reverse payouts in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.

7. Prohibited conduct

• •Harassment, hate speech, spam, impersonation, or illegal activity.
• •Uploading malware, scraping data without permission, or attempting to breach platform security.
• •Circumventing fees, falsifying sales, or manipulating rankings and engagement.
• •Selling prohibited goods, services, or misleading offerings.

8. Account suspension & termination

CorpTube may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

CorpTube is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific business outcomes, or the accuracy of user-generated content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CorpTube's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
