Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General principle

Digital products and live services have different refund rules. Please review the listing details before purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.

2. Courses & skills

• •Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
• •No refund after substantial access, certificate issuance, or completion of live sessions included in the purchase.
• •If a course is removed due to a platform or creator violation, eligible buyers may receive a credit or refund at CorpTube's discretion.

3. Event tickets

• •Cancellation by the event organizer: full refund to ticket holders.
• •Cancellation by attendee: refund available up to 48 hours before the event start time unless the listing states otherwise.
• •No-shows are generally non-refundable.
• •Rescheduled events: tickets remain valid; refunds available if you cannot attend the new date.

4. Creator withdrawals

Creator payout withdrawals are not consumer purchases. Once a withdrawal is marked paid by admin, it cannot be reversed except in cases of proven error or fraud.

5. Chargebacks & disputes

Contact CorpTube support before initiating a payment chargeback. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of associated creator earnings where applicable.

6. How to request a refund

• •Email support@corptube.in with your registered email, order/receipt number, and reason for the request.
• •Allow 5–10 business days for review and 7–14 business days for refund processing after approval.
